1. Annual TEA Meeting and Officer Elections
The Annual TEA Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 15, 2014 from 12-1pm, KSC Floor 5, Harappa and Cloaca conference rooms. Pizza, chips and soda will be provided at the Annual meeting.
TEA members will be voting for 3 Board positions — President, Vice President and Secretary — at the Annual Meeting. John Phillips is running unopposed for the President position; Jane McPherson is running unopposed for the Vice President Position; and Ken Madden & Hillary Schafer are running for Secretary.
Please make sure that you receive your ballot from your TEA Council Representative
2. WW Bargaining Committee
The WW Bargaining Committee met on October 7th, from 12-1 pm in KSC 8i. We used this time as a WQPPM breakout session.
WW's first bargaining session with County is on October 21.
The next WW Bargaining Committee meeting will be on October 20, 2014 in KSC 8i from 12-1 p.m. Please join us if you have an interest in participating in the WW Bargaining Committee or have a bargaining item.
3. Transit Contract Negotiations
TEA and King County met for a bargaining session on Thursday October 2, 2014. If you have any questions, please contact Transit's Bargaining Chair, Elizabeth Wright.
