1. Furlough ULP Hearing Update:

PERC conducted a hearing on TEA's claim regarding the furlough on March 30, 31 and April 1.
Testimony was provided by Roger Browne, Eric Davison and John Phillips.
Three additional days have been scheduled for continuation of the hearing on 4/8, 9 and 17.

2. Monthly Meeting date revision:

The April meeting has been rescheduled to 4/22.
The meeting will be held in rooms 603/604 of the KSC from 12-1.

3. Wastewater Mediation Update

The next Wastewater Mediation Session is scheduled for April 27.  King County is scheduled to present another contract offer at this mediation session.
