1. April Monthly meeting

Will be April 25th in King & Chinook Conference rooms, 6th floor, KSC. 12 Noon.

2. Bargaining updates

Wastewater Contracts

The County is reviewing our salary information and classification matches. The next bargaining session is May 29.

Transit Contract Update

As a reminder, we have settled on the following arbitration dates, location to be determined.

Employees who wish to attend need supervisor approval of leave status if not during off hours/breaks, etc. If you have questions on any bargaining issue please do not hesitate to contact one of the board members or you may email to lizziescafe@gmail.com


3. Leave Requests

Hillary Schaefer would appreciate sick leave donations, she is currently out on sick leave now.


4. VEBA

It’s that time again. VEBA choices can be renewed annually and must be submitted to OHRM by June 29th of this year.

The three HRA VEBA options for King County represented employees are:

We’ll have a ballot out in May and we will collect ballots at the June 20th Monthly meeting. Expect one or two information sessions between then and now.
