Transit Arbitration Schedule and Location

The schedule for the second week of arbitration for the Transit Design & Construction TEA contract has been changed to:

Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, April, 28-30

The arbitration sessions are scheduled to start at 8:30 am and should end each day at 5 pm.

The location is: The Summit Law Group, 315 Fifth Ave. South, Suite 1000 (across from Union Station)

All TEA members are welcome and encouraged to observe the proceedings and provide a visual support to the Transit Negotiating Team. If you have any questions about the location, contact a TEA Officer.

Nominations for Grievance Committee

Nominations for the grievance committee will remain open until April 30th. If you would like to nominate someone, or nominate yourself, please email Elizabeth Morgan, 1st Vice-President, by Friday April 30th.
