King County to switch to Regence Blue Shield to administer KingCare

King County announced on 10.3.2011 (right before open enrollment - 10.31.2011 to 11.18.2011) that as a result of a procurement process, it is switching KingCare administrators from Aetna to Regence Blue Shield.
