Several members expressed opposition to having TEA pay for lunches because TEA is a volunteer organization and lots of people have worked without any compensation so why are these people special.
Counter argument in favor was that it is hard to offsite people to come in because of parking problems and hopefully the lunch would be incentive.

Motion to spend $10 per person for first meeting only was passed.

Noted that some groups have not selected a representative for the Council of Representatives.
